Beginning with an assessment process that immediately informs the therapeutic framework and intervention plan, Gottman Method Couples Therapy gets to the heart of relationship issues from the start.
A conjoint session, followed by individual interviews with each partner are conducted. Couples complete online questionnaires and then come back together to receive detailed feedback on their relationship.
Next. the couple and therapist determine together the frequency and duration of sessions.
